"Personalization came out wrong"
I ordered a mug with a name and a short message on it, and somehow the spelling was wrong even though the details I submitted were correct. It was supposed to be a gift, so yeah, frustrating. They make it sound like the personalization will be handled carefully, but that feels like one of those vague promises that doesn’t mean much when the final product shows up wrong. I won’t be using Onlinegifts again

"Getting a reply was the hard part"
I ordered from onlinegifts.ca and had a question about my delivery, but getting hold of customer service was, such a pain. Emails I sent, calls I tried, and still no clear answer came back.
When they finally did reply, it was super short and not really helpful at all. Kind of felt like they just wanted me to go away, which is not great when you already paid. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered something for the holidays it just wasn’t reliable. The delivery timing was off, and I kept having to check for updates myself, which got old fast. And when it’s supposed to be a gift, that kind of stress is the last thing you want. The whole thing felt a bit all over the place. I might use them for something that doesn’t matter much, but definitely not for anything time sensitive again.

I thought I had the total figured out, but then extra fees showed up right at checkout. I felt kind of embarrassed because I had to pause and double-check everything before deciding if I still wanted to go through with it.

I was surprised by how expensive the shipping ended up being. The item itself might have been fine, but once the shipping cost was added on, it just felt a bit ridiculous and made the whole purchase seem much less worth it. I don’t mind paying a reasonable amount for delivery, but this felt like way more than I expected

I barely heard anything unless I reached out first. Every time I asked for an update, it felt like I was being passed around instead of someone just taking ownership and letting me know what was going on

I had a problem with my order from onlinegifts.ca, getting it sorted out was way more frustrating than I expected. The replies were slow, and I felt like I had to keep explaining the same thing over and over. In the end, it still didn’t really feel like the issue was properly fixed. Maybe it was just my experience, but I don’t think I’d use them again after this.

"Decent product, but delivery was disappointing"
The item itself was fine and I’m happy enough with what I received, but the delivery experience was frustrating. I paid extra for same-day delivery, and it didn’t arrive until the next day. I also didn’t get much of an update, so I was just left waiting around. Not the worst experience overall, but I wouldn’t pay extra for faster shipping again

"Disappointing gift basket, honestly"
I was let down by this gift basket. A lot of the items seemed stale, and overall it just looked kind of cheap, especially for something meant to be a gift. Maybe I expected too much, but I don’t think I’m wrong for feeling disappointed

"I ordered this as a gift..."
I ordered this as a gift and it was fine overall, but I’ll admit I was a bit nervous when it arrived because it didn’t look quite like the photo online. The colors were more muted than I expected, and the basket was arranged differently, so if you’re counting on it looking exactly like the picture, that’s something to keep in mind.
That said, it arrived in good shape and my friend still liked it, so it wasn’t a bad experience. I just wish the product photo was a little more accurate, especially when you’re sending something as a gift and don’t really get a chance to check it first.

The price was okay, so I can’t complain too much. Maybe I was just expecting more, but the gift felt a bit smaller than I thought it would be. It’s not bad, just nothing that really stood out to me.

I tried ordering a few gift items, but of course about half of them were out of stock. The fun part is the site still shows them like you can actually buy them, which is super helpful. Ended up having to pick different stuff, so not exactly the smooth shopping experience I was hoping for.

"Flowers seemed a little past their best"
The delivery showed up on time, so no complaints there, but the flowers themselves looked kind of tired. A few petals were already soft and starting to brown around the edges, which was disappointing for what I paid. Has anyone else had this happen with their order?

"Looked messy and not worth the price"
I was disappointed when the gift basket arrived. The whole thing just gave off a cheap, rushed vibe. The items looked like they were tossed in without much care, the wrapping was loose, and the bow was bent out of shape. For what I paid, I expected something that felt more put together and gift-worthy. I ended up feeling kind of embarrassed giving it to someone.

"Not something I’d pick for corporate gifting"
I was hoping this would work for corporate gifts, but I don’t think I’d use it for that. The options felt a little too basic, and I couldn’t really tell how bulk ordering or custom notes were supposed to work. Maybe I’m being picky, but if I’m sending something to clients, I want it to feel a bit more polished. It’s probably fine for a birthday or something casual, just not what I’d choose for business gifts.

"Delivery Was Late, So It Kinda Missed the Point"
I ordered a gift for my sister’s birthday because the site said it would get there before the day, so I figured I was good. But then it showed up 3 days late, which was annoying because, like, it was meant to be a birthday gift, not just some random thing arriving whenever.
I did reach out to customer service, and they eventually replied, but by then the package had already been delivered, so it didn’t really help much. The item itself was fine, no real issue there, but the late delivery basically ruined the whole reason I ordered it. If I needed something by a certain date again, I’d probably think twice before using them...

I ordered a gift from onlinegifts.ca, and while the checkout did work in the end, it wasn’t the smoothest experience. A couple of pages took longer than I expected to load, and I ended up double-checking the delivery details because the layout wasn’t super clear.
Payment went through without any problems, and I got the confirmation email right after, so it wasn’t a big deal. anyway... it was okay overall, just not as quick or easy as other checkouts I’ve used. I’d probably give it 3 stars.
